Currently, Erin Lubben journals only ship within the United States. We are dedicated to ensuring that your spiral bound journals that was created by Erin Lubben will arrive in excellent condition and in a timely manner. We partner with Printify, a leading print-on-demand service, to offer reliable and efficient shipping options. Typically, it takes 2-7 business days for production, and shipping times vary based on your location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package's progress to your doorstep. Please note that shipping times may be affected during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we are always here to help with any questions you may have about your order’s shipping and delivery status.

returns & exchanges

At Erin Lubben Journals, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchases. Since our products are created on-demand through Printify, we can offer returns or exchanges only in the case of defective or damaged items. If you receive a product with a defect or damage, please contact us within 2 weeks of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Include photographs of the defect or damage to expedite the process.

For size exchanges or returns due to a change of mind, we are typically unable to offer these options because each product is uniquely printed to your order.
